PRP的成份

當高濃度血小板血漿血小板被活化時，一系列的生長因子由血小板釋放。這些濃縮生長因子立即開始癒合過程。Endogenous Growth Factors Involved in Wound Healing 參與創面癒合的內源性生長因子

一、Epithelial Growth Factor (EGF) 上皮生長因子

1、53-amino acid polypeptide chain 53個氨基酸的多肽鏈

2、Released during platelet degranulation  在血小板脫顆粒時釋放

3、Stimulate re-epithelialization, angiogenesis, and collagenase activity 促進上皮再增生，血管生成，和膠原酶活性
